Saturday February 2, 2008, the capital of Chad attacked by rebels who came from Sudan.
They are Chadian opponents who refused to participate in the last election. They
try to reverse the legitimate power. The UN has denounced this act of aggression against
Chad and encouraged their members to help the Chadian government. The French army
would not participate at the battles in spite of they protected the airport to permit
the evacuation of the foreigner people.
